Eligibility for Refunds

No Refunds or Returns: Due to the nature of our products and commitment to quality control, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been made. All sales are final.

Order Cancellations

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@santeworld.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests within this timeframe; however, once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Exceptions

Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@santeworld.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We will review each case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

Final Sale: All products are sold on a final sale basis, and refunds or returns are not provided due to change of mind or general dissatisfaction.
